Essentials
For this DIY, you will need:
- our template (free download below)
- a wooden stick
- a cork
- a pair of scissors
- a box cutter
- and… glue!
Steps

Step 1: download, print (on both sides) and cut the template.

Step 2: fold the paper by following the lines.

Step 3: put some glue on the folded extremities of the first part of the hull.4
Step 4: glue together the two parts of the hull, as shown in the picture.

Step 5: place the bottom of the vessel (page 3 of the template), then glue the tabs to the interior of the hull.

Step 6: close the hull by folding and sticking the back.

Step 7: glue the deck of the vessel (page 4 of the template) as shown in the picture.

Step 8: cut the cork in two parts with a box cutter.

Step 9: insert the stick in the middle of the cork.

Step 10: make two little holes on the sails by using the box cutter (the holes should be a little smaller than the stick’s diameter).

Step 11: gently insert the stick through the sails.

Step 12: glue the little flag at the top of the stick.

Step 13: put some glue under the cork and stick it inside the vessel.

Step 14: glue the hublots on each side.

Step 15: your vessel is now ready to sail the seven seas!
